HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Pret: 2 to 3 working days. Luxury Pret: 4 to 5 working days. Luxury Formals: 10 to 15 working days.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

Free shipping on orders above $300. Worldwide shipping is a flat $30, charged in your local currency. Gulf countries are Rs 5,000 flat.

CAN I CUSTOMISE AN OUTFIT?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the product link and your requirements.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Use our Track Your Order page, or the Orders section in your account.

WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I SEE IN THE PHOTO?

Yes, except in the case of products which are handcrafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE TO MAKE MY PURCHASE?

Bank transfer for local customers, credit card payments and bank transfer for international customers.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I'VE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.

HOW MANY TIMES WILL THE COURIER ATTEMPT DELIVERY?

Two attempts. Please make sure the address, country and area code are clear. After the second failed attempt the parcel is returned to us.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

It will be marked Out of Stock. An order can only be placed once the product shows as Available.
